Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://kushanovadelivery.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services. Kushanova Delivery provides Parcel Delivery, Retail Delivery, Dispensary, CBD, Medical Supply Delivery and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://kushanovadelivery.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Kushanova Delivery or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. Kushanova Delivery disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. Kushanova Delivery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kushanova Delivery from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
